One VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL!!! 
Download and save the image to your computer (or just paste to a Paint document or whatever you use)
Take the blue and red cubs OUT, put them into a SEPARATE document
Color and add extras as you want to the OTHER image, and color the cubs in the separate document
On the first image, hit ctrl+A which selects the image. Now hit ctrl+(-) WITHOUT the parentheses. This will make the image half of its original size.
Now, go to the cubs. Copy and paste them as you want into the halved original image. 
DO NOT HALF THE SIZE OF THE BLUE AND RED CUBS they will be incredibly tiny and unusable. ALSO, do not use the red and blue cubs without first halving the original image, they will be to small compared to the others. Edit
